Research on Dedicated Combined Type Control Valve of Railway Wagon

文章分析了现有石碴漏斗车和煤炭漏斗车风控系统所用给风调整阀和操纵阀在使用中存在的主要问题,在此基础上提出了组合式控制阀的设计构想。同时还介绍了新型组合式控制阀作用原理和内部结构特点以及性能要求,对该组合式控制阀的主要结构和关键部件进行了结构说明,并介绍了在完成新型组合式控制阀的工作图设计进行样机试制的情况。根据试制中发现的问题,对控制阀部分零部件的结构进行了优化设计。

This paper summarizes major using problems in adjusting valve and operating valve in ballast hopper wagon and coal hopper wagon air-controlled system ,based on this, combined type control valve is proposed.It also introduces the new sectional control valve function principle with internal construction characteristics, function requests, key parts of control valve and working graphs of new type control valve. According to exist problem,optimal design is taken in components of valve.
