对稀土材料的发展历程进行了综述,并对稀土材料的特点及应用情况进行了详细的介绍。通过对国内外相关研究文献和稀土材料的研究、应用状况的分析,系统阐述了稀土永磁材料和稀土储氢材料的研究成果、实际应用及特点等问题,并对相关材料的未来研究方向以及市场潜力做了针对性的评述。

The author summed up rare-earth material development process,and detailedly introduced resouees distribution of the rareearth material and characteristic and applying condition.By ayalysing both domestic and abroad relating papers and current situation of rare-earth material research and operation,the paper introduced the achievements in permanent-magnet material and hydrogen-storage material and the practial application and characteristics.This paper also make some comments on the future research directions and marketing potentials of these material.
