摘要
简要介绍了李雅庄煤矿长距离胶带输送机交流真空接触器直接启动存在的问题,提出了变频器调速驱动,并分析了胶带输送机起动、制动过程分析。并针对李雅庄煤矿的实际情况,提出具体的应用方案,实现了多驱动器之间的协调控制,使胶带输送机在轻载及重载工况下,均能有效控制其柔性负载的软起动/软停车动态过程,实现各驱动之间的功率平衡,降低起动、停车过程对机械和电气系统的冲击,大大增加输送系统的安全性和可靠性。
This article briefly described the problems that AC vacuum contactor of the long-distance belt conveyor started directly m LiYazhuang Coal Mine, proposed inverter-driven and analyzed the process of the belt conveyor starting and braking .For the actual situation of the LiYazhuang Coal Mine ,this article offered specific applications, achieved coordination among the multi-drive control. So the belt conveyor can control its flexible load soft start/soft stop dynamic process, effectively in the light-load and overload operating conditions. It achieved a power balance between the various drivers, reduced the impact on mechanical and eleetrical systems in the start and stop processes, increased security and reliability of the transportation system.
