摘要
阐述影响结晶器铜板寿命的5个方面,主要从铜板材质、表面镀层、机加工质量、连铸操作及维护等,探讨对铜板寿命产生的作用,弄清影响铜板寿命的相关因素,找到进一步提高铜板寿命的途径。
The paper elaborates the five following effect issues to crystallizer copperplate life textures,surtace coating,machining quality, continuous casting and maintenance.The other issues are also studied and the measures are proposed.
