主要介绍了太钢150万t不锈钢系统160 t电炉电极调节控制系统的硬件组成和控制功能。先进的电极调节控制系统对三相电极位置在冶炼过程中实现全自动调节。有利于不锈钢冶炼操作,同时缩短冶炼周期,节约电能,降低电极消耗。
The paper introduces hardware parts and control function＇of electrode control system about 160 tons＇EAF for Tisco 1.5 million tons stainless steel system.Advanced control system achieve auto regulation completely for three phase electrode positon. It is very useful for stainless steel melting process,minimizes energy and electrode consumption ,and achieves the shortest possible heat cycle.
