This paper analyses the present study condition of the risk management in massive construction projects fromthree aspects： risk i- dentification, risk analyses and assessment and risk coping, discusses the definitions and meanings of subway project risk and risk management and points out that it is necessary to carry out risk assessment and risk management for subway construction in big cities.
