针对现今我国经济支柱产业之一的房地产企业,对其进行了信用评价研究,通过对国内外文献的研究,选择Lo-gistic回归模型,在选取了针对房地产企业的评价指标体系基础上对评价方法进行了详细的介绍,为商业银行对房地产企业信用评价奠定了基础。

Aiming at the real estate enterprises as the nowadays economic pillar industry in China, the paper researches the credit evaluation, selects Logistic regression model according to the study on the literature at home and abroad, and introduces the evaluation methods based on the evaluation index system of the real estate enterprises, so as to lay the foundation for commercial banks＇ credit evaluation of real estate enterprises.
