Aiming at the importance of the enterprise development, the paper points out the development ideas for the construction enterprises, including the enterprise construction along the scientific development outlook, the adherence to the human-oriented, the sustainable develop- ment strategy and the establishment of the harmonious enterprises, so as to enhance the all-sided, coordinative and sustainable development of enterprises.
