摘要
目的:观察消炎1号对兔实验性葡萄膜炎白细胞表面分化抗原的影响。方法:应用免疫组化S-P法,以CD3、CD4、CD8、CD14和CD20单克隆抗体标记实验性葡萄膜炎兔的虹膜、脉络膜、视网膜组织,并对阳性细胞表达进行比较。结果:阳性细胞主要分布于虹膜和脉络膜,视网膜中未见明显阳性细胞。与生理盐水对照,中药组及皮质类固醇组均有CD3、CD4、CD20、CD8阳性细胞减少,差异有显著性意义。与皮质类固醇组和生理盐水组相比,中药组CD14阳性细胞明显减少,差异有显著性意义。结论:消炎1号方可能对兔细胞免疫有一定的抑制作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe affect of xiaoyanyihaofang on leukocyte superficial differential antigen in rabbits with experimental uveitis. METHODS: Using CD 3, CD 4, CD 8, CD 14 and CD 20 monoclonal antibody were marked iris, choroid and retina tissues of rabbits with experimental uveitis by immunohistochmenistry S P method, and the positive cells expression was compared. RESULTS: Positive cells distributed mainly in iris and choroid tissues, while there were not significant positive cells in the retina. Compared with normal saline group, traditional Chinese medicine group and steroid group both had decreased CD3 、CD 4、CD 20 、CD 8 positive cells, and the difference was statistic significant. Compared with steroid group and normal saline group, traditional Chinese medicine group CD 14 positive cells decreased obviously, and the difference was statistic significant. CONCLUSION: Xiaoyanyihaofang could be effect on inhibition of to cellular immunity of rabbits.
