中药对人工晶状体植入术后虹膜睫状体炎的治疗效果

Effect on traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of iridocyclitis following implantation of intraocular lens

目的：探讨中药对人工晶状体植入术后虹膜睫状体炎的治疗效果。方法：对２４例（２９只眼）人工晶状体植入术后虹膜睫状体炎患者，在后马托品或托品酰胺滴眼散瞳的情况下，用口服血栓通胶囊和凉血清热泻肝汤加减进行了治疗和为期３个月～１２个月的随访观察。结果：治疗时间最短为５天，最长者２１天，平均１１天。治愈２２例２７只眼（９３．１０％），未见复发，视力达０．６以上。好转２例２只眼（６．９％）。结论：在应用散瞳剂的情况下口服凉血清热泻肝汤和血栓通胶囊是治疗人工晶状体植入术后虹膜睫状体炎的一种有效方法。

OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of iridocyclitis following implantation of intraocular lens (IOL). METHODS: When homatropine or tropicamide as a mydriatic were applied,twenty four patients ( 29 eyes ) with iridocyclitis following implantation of IOL were treated with oral capsule xueshuantong and lingxue qingre xiegantang . There was a follow up between 3 months and 12 months. RESULTS: The minimum course of treatment was 5 days, the longest course was 21 days, and the average was 11 days. Twenty seven eyes were cured and no recurrence occurred, the visual acuity were reached to 0.6 or better. The visual acuity of two eyes ( 6.9% ) were improved. CONCLUSION: When homatropine or tropicamide as a mydriatic were applied oral Lingxue qingre xiegantang and capsule xueshuantong is an effective method for treatment of iridocyclitis following implantation of IOL.
