摘要
苜草素是一种无污染、纯天然、无药物残留的绿色添加荆。本文从营养性方面综述了其主要的功能，为进一步研究苜草素奠定了理论基础。
Ploysavone is a green additive with non -pollution, natural and no drug residue. This paper reviewed the effectiveness of ploysavone just from the nutritional aspects, and pave the way for the theoretical basis of further research.
