摘要
使用不同浓度的植酸、咖啡酸、甘氨酸进行配比,采用平板培养基小钢圈滴加药品法考察他们对畜禽致病菌尤其是革兰氏阴性菌的抑制特性。实验结果表明:三种物质都具有协同抑菌作用,对畜禽的霍乱弧菌、大肠杆菌、巴氏杆菌、气单孢菌等革兰氏阴性致病菌均有不同程度的抑制作用。抑菌效果达到中度敏感(抑菌圈直径15mm)时,溶液中的配比:植酸浓度为5%,咖啡酸为0.01%,甘氨酸为0.3%。本研究为开发新型的绿色饲料添加剂以及其广谱的抑菌范围打下了基础。
