血清基质金属蛋白酶9及炎症因子与2型糖尿病患者大血管病变 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者大血管病变中血清基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)与炎症因子的关系。方法用ELISA法测定231例T2DM组(100例合并大血管病变,131例无大血管病变)及120例健康人对照组空腹静脉血中MMP-9与C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)水平。结果血清MMP-9水平对照组、无血管病变组及血管病变组组间比较差异有统计学意义(P均<0.01)。无血管病变组和血管病变组MMP-9与CRP、TNF-α、腰围、体质指数(BMI)、腰臀比值及空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白均呈显著正相关(P均<0.05)。多元逐步回归分析显示,大血管病变与MMP-9、CRP、TNF-α相关。结论MMP-9是T2DM大血管病变的独立危险因素,与大血管病变的形成之间存在一定的关系。
