摘要
以石家庄市仓安路斜拉桥施工过程为研究背景,采用有限元分析软件ANSYS,实现了斜拉桥施工过程的模拟计算。研究在施工过程中以约束正装迭代法进行索力优化与合理施工状态确定的问题,建立各次张拉索力值与成桥状态控制参数之间的关系矩阵;以最小二乘法原理对施工过程中张拉索力值进行修正,通过迭代消除不闭合问题,从而可使施工索力得到优化,实现预先设定的成桥内力;并根据正装迭代过程中结构线形的变化,求出各个梁段在施工过程中合理的立模标高,从而为施工控制提供可靠的科学依据。
Taking the cable - stayed bridge at Cang'an Road of Shijiazhuang as an instance, we carried out the simulative computation for its construction process using the finite element analysis software ANSYS. The cable force optimization and reasonable construction state are determined through restricted iterative calculation, and the matrix of relation between tensioning force values and control parameters of completed bridge state is established ;the cable force in construction can be optimized to realize the pre- determined internal force of the completed bridge, through modifying tensioning cable force based on the least square method, and eliminating unclosed state by iteration;reasonable upright level of each girder is determined according to the change of the structural line shape in the course of forward iteration, to provide a reliable and scientific basis for the construction control.
