纳米羟基磷灰石膜复合材料与小鼠成纤维细胞的相容性 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨纳米羟基磷灰石膜聚氨酯复合材料(nano-Hydroxyapatite/polyurethane,nHA/PU)与小鼠成纤维细胞(L929)的生物相容性。方法将小鼠成纤维细胞与纳米羟基磷灰石膜聚氨酯复合材料体外复合培养,并设单独细胞培养的阴性对照和细胞与传统材料复合培养的对照组,倒置相差显微镜、扫描电镜行形态学观察,计数接种后的黏附情况,流式细胞仪分析接种到材料上的细胞的生长周期,CCK-8法检测材料对细胞增殖影响。结果小鼠成纤维细胞在纳米羟基磷灰石膜聚氨酯复合材料上良好的黏附、生长、增殖,流式细胞仪分析接种到材料上的细胞,其细胞周期与空白对照组和传统对照组对比差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),CCK-8检测显示材料对细胞增殖的影响小于传统材料。结论纳米羟基磷灰石膜聚氨酯复合材料具有良好的细胞相容性,可望作为组织工程人工肛门括约肌的外层套囊材料。
