摘要
介绍了近些年主要应用在农业生产中的种子纯度鉴定方法,并指出每种方法的优缺点,以及对甜菜种子纯度鉴定方法的发展方向进行了展望,指出了SSR和SRAP将成为甜菜种子纯度鉴定的主要方向。
The recent common identification methods of crop seed purity in agriculture production and their advantages or disadvantages were introduced. The developmental direction of identification methods of beet seed purity was prospected, and the SSR and SRAP molecular marker technology will be as main methods for beet seed purity identification.
