摘要
黑色食品具有丰富的营养,其特有的黑色素更是赋予了其它食品所无法比拟的功效。本文对通过对相关文献资料的概括、整理,从特点、功能、发展前景等方面对黑色食品中的黑色素进行描述。
Black food is rich in nutrients. And many effieacies other food unable to provide are given by melanin in it. Characteristics, health function and development prospect are analysed in this paper according to related data.
