江苏省农机污染排放状况的分析研究

Research on Status of Agricultural Pollution in Jiangsu Province

2006～2009年国务院开展了第一次全国污染源普查,江苏省在全国率先开展了农机排气污染源普查,对全省拖拉机、变型拖拉机、联合收割机、插秧机和机动植保机五大类农机的排气污染状况进行了普查研究工作,建立了省级农机排气污染的信息数据库。本文根据本次污染源普查结果,对比研究了江苏省农机和机动车的污染排放状况,分析预测了全省农机排气污染发展趋势,并提出了相应的对策建议,为今后农机节能减排工作提供参考依据。

2006-2009, the State Council launched the first national pollution census, Jiangsu Province launched the first nationwide agricul- tural and mechanical？ exhaust pollution census. The census studys the exhaust emission of five kinds of agricultural machineries, which inclu- ding tractors, multifunctional tractors, combine harvesters, rice transplanter and plant protection machines, establishes a provincial -level ag- ricuhural and mechanical exhaust pollution information database. Based on the sources of this census results, this paper comparative studys e- mission pollution conditions between the agricultural machinery and motor vehicle of Jiangsu Province, forecast analysis the future prospects of the agricultural and mechanical exhaust pollution in Jiangsu Province, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for fu- ture energy - saving and emission reduction on agricultural machinery .
