摘要
我国农机企业由于实力普遍较弱,在当前激烈的国际市场竞争中面临着极大的生存危机。怎样把一个个弱小的农机企业联合起来共同对抗国际跨国农机企业的竞争是一个值得思考的问题。企业战略联盟可能是解决这一问题的有效途径。
Because of the generally weak strength, under the current intense international market competition our agriculture mechanic enter- prise is facing the enormous survival crisis, how to unit each one small and weak enterprise to resist the international transnational agriculture - mechanic enterprise＇s competition is the question which is worth pondering. The enterprise strategy alliance is possibly a efficient path to solves this question.
