Construction of Grass-Roots Agricultural Mechanization Team

根据农机行业的现状,针对当前农机化发展中制约基层农机队伍建设的问题及原因,进行了较为全面的分析,并就解决基层队伍建设存在的问题,按照现代农业发展的要求,在完善农机从业人员的保障机制、提高农机行业的经营能力、健全行业的教育培训等方面,提出了相应的对策及思路。

According to the current status of agricultural machinery development, aim at the problems for restricting the construction of grass - roots human recourses team in developing of agricultural mechanization, this paper give a comprehensive analysis and put forward the ideas and on how to solution the problem. In accordance with the requirements of modern agricultural development, increase the guaran- tee mechanism of agricultural mechanization staff, improve the management capability of farm machinery industry, perfect education and train- ing of agricultural mechanization.
