摘要
根据甘肃农村不同区域经济结构和产业特点,以科学发展观为指导,坚持产学研结合,面向"三农"和社会主义新农村建设,在开展农民创业培训、实现农业产业化和规模化经营、增加农民收入等方面进行了探讨;并提出了今后发展农民创业培训的对策。
According to the economic structure and industrial characteristic in different region of Gansu Province, we should take the opinion of scientific outlook on developing to conduct; insisting on producing study grinds unifie ; facing to ＂three agriculture＂ and socialism new countryside, probe to carry out farmer imbark training, realize agriculture industrial production and formalization management, increase the farmer to receive etc. Also put forward to develop farmer undertaking training countermeasure in the future.
