兔眼LASIK术后角膜扩张模型的建立 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨兔眼不同切削量LASIK角膜扩张的变化,拟有效、合理地建立医源性角膜扩张的动物模型。方法选择新西兰白兔18只,随机分成A、B、C 3组,每组6只白兔选择单眼进行LASIK手术,在角膜基质层进行PTK激光切屑,切屑光斑6 mm,角膜基质层剩余厚度A、B、C组分别为250μm、150μm、100μm,观察各组手术前后角膜地形图的变化。结果A、B、C组术后与术前角膜地形图差值比较,术后1周分别为(-2.12±1.8)D、(2.98±0.47)D、(7.6±0.45)D;术后1个月分别为(-2.25±1.38)D、(3.13±1.19)D、(8.07±0.88)D。结论对新西兰白兔施行LASIK术中角膜基质层常规保留250μm,在观察期内未发生角膜扩张;剩余角膜基质层厚度为150μm和100μm均可引起角膜扩张,切削量越多则角膜扩张越明显,因此可以根据研究需要制作不同基质床厚度的PLK模型。
