Research on the Countermeasure of Sustainable Development of Universities Sport Personnel Training During Post Olympic Era

在后奥运时期竞技体育体制变化的背景下,主要运用文献资料和逻辑分析法,对我国高校培养竞技体育人才所面临的主要问题进行研究,并通过国外发达国家培养体系和制度的对比分析,找出制约我国高校竞技体育人才培养因素,探索一条适合我国高校竞技体育人才可持续发展的道路,使我国高校真正成为培养体育竞技人才的基地。

This attic made a study on the major problem of training sport talents by literature review and logical analysis. Comparing with the training system of developed countries, the factors affecting the sports talents training in universities are put forward and discussed. At last, it searches for a path for our country to make our universities really training bases for sport talents.
