Theoretic Research on Athlete Human Capital Offering

通过对运动员人力资本出资的可行性、理论基础进行分析,提出采用合伙制的运动员人力资本出资方案,分析其运行存在着体制和六大技术难点,建议以政策制订优化社会投资竞技运动员环境、完善人力资本出资的制度构建、加强运动员无形资产开发管理,设计合理的责任机制保护债权人的利益与预防出资风险等对策。

The thesis analyses the feasibility and theoretic foundation of athlete human capital offering. It brings forward that its scheme of Limited Liability Partnership （ LLP）, analyses the running system and six technical difficulties that existed. It suggests that optimizing policy environment, perfecting its system, strengthening its intangible assets management and designing rational duty mechanism to protect profit of creditor and prevent risk.
