广东省业余体校游泳运动员选材标准的实证研究

Empirical Study on Swimmers Selection Criteria of Amateur Sport School of Guangdong Province

通过专家访谈确定选材初选指标,对广东省业余体校2572名游泳选手进行了形态、机能、素质与专项素质的测试,在分析过程中,采用因子分析的方法,以降维为目的并确定各指标的权重,将游泳运动员初级选材指标体系分为水上专项素质、陆上素质和身体形态三个因子,其权重分别为:0.62、0.25和0.13,并在此基础上,依百分位法制定单项评分和综合评价标准,为广东省各年龄段业余体校游泳运动员选材提供实证意义上的依据和参考。

The study identified primary selection indicators through expert interviews and tested the morphology, function, quality and special quality of 2572 swimmers in amateur sports school of Guangdong Province. The analysis used factor analysis to determine the weight of each indicators, the primary selection index system of swimmer will be divided into three factors ： water special quality, land quality and body shape, their weights were： 0. 62,0. 25 and 0. 13. On this basis, according to percentile scores to develop individual and comprehensive evaluation criteria, it provides empirical basis for swimmers selecting for amateur sport school of Guangdong province.
