玻璃注射器两种不同处理方法的热原检测对比 被引量:1

摘要 目前,多数医院仍然在使用玻璃注射器,故确保其有效的清洗质量显得尤为重要。自1996年以来,对由临床回收的10ml以上注射器,洗涤程序进行了改进和除热原效果观察.在精洗后高压灭菌前增加干烤程序,并对两种清洗方法分别于高压灭菌后各进行了200次细菌内毒素检测。结果示:高压灭菌后注射器热原阳性率由过去的22.5%降低到2.5%。在干烤过程中应注意将针栓拔出2/3以上;注射器放置不能太多、太挤;中途不得打开烤箱;恒温在140℃干烤3~4h才能保证有效彻底的去除热源。 At present, glass syringe still is used in most of the hospital. Cleaning and disinfection of effectual is very important to eliminate pyrogen.Two treatment process were selected from clinical over 10ml syringe in this hospital since 1996.Method 1.Clean- ing; dry in oven, high pressure moist-heat sterilization,Method 2.except dry in over procedure in treatment.Detection of bacterial en-dotoxin was carried out about 200 times after sterilization in laboratory.The results shown that pyrogen positive rates from 2205% was decreased to 2.5% .In order to effect remove pyrogen that syringeshould be keeping dried 3~4jrs at 140℃,and the oven door must be close to the end. syringe hendle were taked out a part 2/3 from a syringe during dry.
