1996～1997年我院抗肿瘤类国家基本药物的使用分析及趋势预测

Analysis of the Anti-cancer Agents of National Basic Drugs Used in This Hospital in the Period 1996-1997 and the TrendForecast

本文对我院1996年1月～1997年12月2年间抗肿瘤药使用数据进行统计，按照金额排序法歹l］出销售金额排在前70位的抗肿瘤药物，并参照国家基本药物目录，了解到我院抗肿瘤类国家基本药物的使用比例为70％左右。通过对数据进行分析和预测，认识到国家基本药物目录应随着医药科技的发展而进行必要的调整，从而指导临床合理用药。

The data of anticancer agents used in this hospital in the period 1996-1997 were collected.According to the order ofsum of money,we listed the first 70 agents and found that national basic drugs accounted for 70% of anti-cancer agents used in thishospital.The data were analyzed and the trend of the use of anti-cancer agents was predicted to provide reference in periodicalreadjusting the list of national basic drugs with development of medical science and in selecting basic drugs of this hospital and topromote clinical rational drug use.
