替硝唑胶囊剂与片剂药代动力学及相对生物利用度的研究

Studies on Pharmacokinetics and Relative Bioavailability of Tinidazole Capsules and Tablets in Healthy Volunteers

8名健康志愿者，交叉单剂量口服替硝唑片和替硝唑胶囊各500mg，及时采集静脉血，HPLC法测定血药浓度，得药－时数据，经PKBP－N_1程序处理，得到替硝硅片和替硝唑胶囊的药动学参数分别为：T_max：2．93±2．20和2．17±0．73h；C_max：10．03±1．58和为：104．9％，经统计学处理，两种制剂生物等效。

The pharmacokinetics and bioavailbility of tinidazole were studied in & health volunteers who crossly took a singledose of 500mg tinidazole capsules and tablets.The blood samples were collected at given times and blood drug concentrations weredetected with HPLC.The concentyation-time data were processed with PKBP-N_1 program.The pharmacokinetic parameters oftinidazole capsules and tablets were:T_max:2.93±2.20 and 2.17±0.73h;C_max :10.03± 1.58 and 9.85±0.91μg/ml;t1/2 β14.17± 1.82and14.59±2.16h;AUC:236.5±28.17 and 228.4 ±37.9μg / ml ,erspctively .The relative bioavailability of tinidazole capsules to tabelets was 104.9%.Two preparations of tinidazole were bioequivalent .
