双氯酚酸超前镇痛用于小儿日间手术的效果

Preemptive Analgesic Effect of Diclofenac Used in Day Surgery of Children

【目的】探讨双氯酚酸超前镇痛用于小儿日间手术的效果。【方法】选取进行日间手术的患儿138例，其中男120例，女18例，年龄11个月至7岁，体重10～30kg。根据给药时间的不同，将患儿随机分成实验组和对照组。对患儿苏醒时（P1）、苏醒后30min（P2）及60min（P3）分别进行疼痛评分并监测其生命体征。【结果】实验组患儿P1、P2时点的疼痛评分均明显低于对照组（P〈0．05），P3时点两组疼痛评分比较无明显差异。【结论】双氯酚酸超前镇痛能部分有效地抑制小儿日间手术后疼痛。

[Objective] To discuss the preemptive analgesic effect of diclofenac used in day surgery of children. [Methods] Clinical data of 138 cases （aged 11 months to 7 years old, weighed 10 to 30kg） were analyzed. All cases were divided into two groups according to the time of the use of diclofenac. CHEOPS and vital signs were recorded at several points, including analgesia time （Pl）, 30 minutes after analgesia （P2） and 60 minutes after analgesia （P3）. [Results]The CHEOPS scores of Pl and P2 in treatment group were both less than those of P3. There was no CHEOPS score difference between two groups at P3. [Conclusion] Preemptive analgesia with diclofenac can partly alleviate the postoperative pain in day surgery of children.
