摘要
目的探讨红景天苷对大鼠肾脏缺血再灌注损伤的保护机制。方法将SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、缺血再灌注模型组、红景天苷治疗组(缺血再灌注+红景天苷)和红景天苷预防组(红景天苷+缺血再灌注)。观察红景天苷对大鼠肾脏缺血再灌注过程中血清肌酐、MDA、TNF-α、IL-2、IL-6水平的影响及肾组织病理变化。结果血清肌酐测定显示缺血再灌注模型组的含量明显高于假手术组(P<0.05),而红景天苷治疗组和红景天苷预防组明显低于缺血再灌注模型组(P<0.05),肾组织及血清中MDA、TNF-α、IL-2、IL-6的检测也显示红景天苷治疗组和红景天苷预防组的水平低于缺血再灌注模型组(P<0.05),且肾组织病理改变较轻。结论红景天苷对大鼠肾脏缺血再灌注损伤具有一定的预防和保护作用。
Objective To explore the preventive mechanism of salidroside on ischemia -reperfusion injury in rat kidney. Methods Forty SD rats were divided into 4 groups : pseudo - operation group, ischemia - reperfusion group, salidroside treatment group (first inducing ischemia- reperfusion and then treating with salidroside), salidroside preventive group (first treating with salidroside and then inducing ischemia - repeIfusion). The levels of creatine (Cr), malondialdehyde(MDA), TNF-α, IL- 2 and IL- 6 in serum were measured. And the renal pathologic changes were observed. Results Serum Cr level was higher in ischemia - reperfusion group than that in that in pseudo - operation group ( P 〈 0. 05), and was decreased in salidroside treatment and preventive groups ( P 〈 0. 05). MDA, TNF - α, IL - 2 and IL - 6 in kidney and serum of salidroside treatment and preventive groups were lower than those in ischemia - reperfusion group, and the renal histopathologic changes were also relieved ( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Salidroside is effective in preventing and protecting rats kidney from ischemia - reperfusion damage.
