摘要
针对水平井注蒸汽热力开采工艺中存在的热采测试问题,结合稠油热采井下恶劣的环境条件,研究了光纤光栅测温测压的制造工艺和封装技术。根据水平井注汽生产工艺,研究了现场测试工艺和施工方法,解决了稠油注蒸汽热力开采水平井的热动态连续监测问题。经室内实验和现场试验验证,各项技术指标达到了设计要求,并已在辽河油田、吉林油田、胜利油田稠油注蒸汽热力开采工艺中应用。该研究使稠油热采高温高压测试工艺进入了一个新的技术领域,为认识油藏和了解井下水平段蒸汽辅助重力泄油效果提供了监测方法和工艺技术,为油藏精细描述和制订合理的稠油热力开发开采方案提供了科学依据。
This paper studies the manufacturing and packaging techniques for measuring temperature and pressure with fiber grating under harsh downhole conditions in horizontal wells recovered by steam injection. Continuous monitoring of thermal regime for horizontal heavy oil wells of thermal recovery has been realized through study of field testing and implementing process according to steam injection techniques for horizontal wells. Laboratory experiment and field test have proved that this technology has meet the requirement of various technical indicators, and has been applied to thermal recovery of heavy oil by steam injection in Liaohe, Jilin and Shengli oilfields. This study opens a new page in the field of high temperature and pressure testing for heavy oil thermal recovery, provides monitoring method for understanding reservoirs and the effect of steam assisted gravity drainage in horizontal section, and provides scientific basis for fine reservoir description and for preparing rational heavy oil development plan by thermal recovery.
