针对换热器容易冻裂的问题,分析原因,结合实际的工作经验,提出几点可行的方法,来降低换热器被冻裂的几率。阐述了换热器加工方法和制作要点。

Aiming at the problem of the heat exchangers which is easy to break by freezing, the reasons are analyzed by the phenomenon. Several feasible methods are proposed by combining practical experience to decrease the breaking possibility of heat exchanger. And the machining method and key points of manufacturing are expounded for heat exchangers.
