摘要 对长沙市某酒店的建筑能耗进行了调查,分析了该酒店的用电情况及空调系统能耗。通过分析和测试表明:在整个建筑能耗中,空调能耗占到总能耗的50%左右;整个建筑的用电高峰和空调的用电高峰主要集中在6~8月;制冷系统实际运行和设计值偏差太大,实际制冷能力远低于额定值;水系统设计不合理,存在大流量小温差现象。指出了空调系统在设计、运行和管理方面存在的问题。在酒店的整个运行过程中节能潜力最大的是空调系统,空调电耗中又以制冷机和水泵影响最大。 There is a survey on the building energy consumption for a hotel in Changsha, analyzing its electricity and air-conditioning energy consumption. The results frmn the analysis and testing show that: In the whole building energy consumption, the conditioning energy consumption accounted for about 50% of the total energy consumption; electricity consumption peak of the building and air-conditioning concentrated from June to August. The large gap exists between the designed value and practical operation value of refrigeration system, the actual cooling capacity is far less than the specified valne;?It is unreasonable for design in water system, so there is the phenomenon of large flux and low temperature difference. And various problems on the design, operation and management of the air-conditioning system are expounded. In the hotel, the greatest potential energy-saving system is air-conditioning system in the entire operation, and refrigerator and pumps have the greatest impact on the air-conditioning energy consumption.
