抓住产业转移机遇 促进中西部地区经济发展——以四川省成都市承接产业转移为例

Catching the Opportunity of the Transfer of Industry and Prompting Economic Development of Central and Western Areas——A Case Study on Chengdu of Sichuan Province

随着美国次贷危机的蔓延,国外及东部地区某些产业加快了向中西部地区转移的步伐。因此,中西部地区在经济发展基础上如何有选择性地承接产业转移,从而促进本地区经济的可持续发展是值得思考的问题。文章以四川省成都市为例,将其承接产业转移的优势以及需要注意的问题作了较详细分析,进而提出承接好产业转移的原则和建议对策。

With the spreading of American sub-loan crisis, some industries in foreign countries and our eastern areas quicken the pace of transferring to central and westerm areas. Therefore, it is worth thinking how to accept the transfer of industry selectively on the basis of economie development and to promote central and western areas to have the sustainable development. Taking Chengdu of Sichuan Province as an example, this paper analyses its advantages of accepting the transfer of industry and its questions needing attention, and then proposes the principles and countermeasures of carrying on the transfer of industry.
