摘要
为了从背景噪声中提取微弱激光信号,设计了一个用于微弱激光信号检测的光电检测系统.提出了一种用于微弱激光信号检测的、改进的数字相关检测技术——数字正交相关检测.对光电检测系统进行了整体的设计,在数字相关检测基本原理的基础上,分析并仿真了数字正交相关检测.实验结果表明数字正交相关检测技术可以对调制频率在1MHz以内、幅值为1V、随机干扰噪声幅值为0.5V的微弱激光信号进行检测,幅值检测相对误差在0.1%~1.29/6范围内,进一步表明该检测技术可以作为一种检测微弱激光信号的有效方法.
In order to extract slight laser signal interfered by background noise, an optoelectronic detection system using in slight laser signal detection was designed. An improved digital correlation detection technology called digital orthogonal correlation detection was put forward. The principle of digital orthogonal correlation detection was analyzed and simulated by the software. Experimental results show that the detection technology can detect slight laser signal of modulating frequency within 1 MHz and amplitude 1 V which is interfered by random noise of amplitude 0. 5 V. The experimental relative error is within 0. 1%-1.2 %. So, the digital orthogonal correlation detection technology is proved a very effective method for detecting slight laser signal.
