骨关节炎玻璃酸钠粘性补充治疗的临床研究

Clinical Study on Therapeutic Effect of Hyaluronate Viscosupplementation on Osteoarthritic Patients

为了研究玻璃酸钠（SH）粘性补充治疗骨关节炎（OA）的疗效。选OA患者26例,关节腔内注射SH，每周1次，每次2ml，疗程5周，总有效率92．31％。结果提示SH粘性补充治疗早、中期OA患者是一种值得推荐的疗法。

It was reported to study the efficacy of sodium hyaluronate (SH) viscosupplementation onosteoarthritic (OA) Patients, twenty-six Patients were given intraarticular SH injection 1 time Perweek for 5 wk, 2 ml everytime. The total efficacy rates of SH were 92. 31 %. The results indicatedthat SH viscosupplementation were a recommendable thefathy of the treatment of patients in earlyPeriod and mJd-period of OA.
