透明质酸钠注射液(施沛特)治疗骨性关节炎的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Sodium Hyaluronate in Treating Osteoarthritis

为了观察透明质酸钠注射液（施沛特）治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效，对20例膝关节骨性关节炎患者关节腔内注射施沛特（每周1支，4支一疗程），观察患者在治疗期间及一疗程后8周内的临床表现改善情况及药物的安全度，评价该药的临床疗效。结果表明，施沛特对轻、中度膝关节骨性关节炎具有良好的疗效，是一种安全、理想、有效的药物。

To evaluate the clinical efficacy of SOFAST (sodium hyaluronate product) on osteoarthritisof the knee. SOFAST were injected into the cavity of knee joint in 20 patientS with osteoarthritis 2 mlevery week for four weeks. The clinical efficacy and drug safety were observed during and 8 weeksafter the treatment. Fifteen patients were obviously improved. SOFAST is efficient for patients withslight and mild osteoarthritis but is little effect on those with sevinus osteoarthritis, Its' side effects arevery slight. SOFAST is an effective, ideal and safe drug for the patients with slight and mildosteoarthritis.
