摘要
分布式发电大量而快速的渗透为电网安全有效的运行提出新的挑战。采取系统的方法即把发电和相关负荷看成一个子系统或者"微网"是实现分布式发电新型潜力的更好方式。详细阐述微网结构、发展和新技术,重点详细介绍微网不同运行方式下的控制方式和微网保护系统的难点、新思路以及微网管理,为微网在中国快速而有效的发展提供一些理论基础。
The rapid penetration of a large number of distributed generations poses new challenges for the safe and effective operation of the main grid. A better way to realize the emerging potential of distributed generation is to take a systematic approach which views generation and associated loads as a subsystem or a "micro-grid" . This paper aims to elaborate the structure, development and new technologies of micro-grids with emphasis lain on the control modes, protection and management systems and therefore it can provide some theoretical foundations for the rapid and effective development of micro-grlds.
