血管回声跟踪技术对冠心七味片干预兔动脉早期粥样硬化疗效的评价 被引量:3

摘要 目的利用血管回声跟踪(ET)技术评价蒙药冠心七味片在兔动脉粥样硬化(AS)早期干预后血管弹性的变化。方法60只雄性新西兰白兔随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组于第8周末再随机均分为高脂对照组、蒙药低剂量组、蒙药高剂量组、辛伐他汀组,各组分别于12、16周末利用ET技术测量兔腹主动脉弹性指标:弹性系数(Eρ)、硬度指数(β)、顺应性(AC)、脉搏波速度(PWVβ)。结果与高脂对照组比较,高脂喂养第12周末及16周末蒙药高剂量组、蒙药低剂量组、辛伐他汀组的总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白值均减低(P<0.05),Eρ、β、PWVβ均减低(P<0.05);与高脂对照组比较,蒙药低剂量组、蒙药高剂量组、辛伐他汀组的血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达强度增高,灰度值下降,测量及分析分别在高、低倍镜下进行,各组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),第12、16周末各组VEGF表达的灰度值均与β呈负相关。结论ET技术可作为早期抗AS药效评价方法,冠心七味片通过抑制VEGF的表达来延缓AS的进展。 Objective To evaluate the changes of blood vessel elasticity after intervention of Guan xin Qi wei tablets on early atherosclerosis in rabbits by echo tracking technology. Methods Sixty male New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into experimental group and the control group. Then experimental group were randomly divided into high fat group, low - dose group, high-dose group of Mongolian medicine and simvastatin group at the end of the 8th week. The abdominal aorta elasticity indexes of rabbits were measured by ET in each group at the end of 12th, 16th week,including elastic coefficient(Ep) , stiffness index(13), compliance (AC) and pulse wave velocity (PWVβ). Results Comapred with high fat control group, the total cholesterol, triglyceride and the value of low - density lipeprotein in low - dose group, high - dose group of Mongolian medicine and simvastatin group were decreased at the end of 12th, 16th week ( P 〈 0.05 ), Ep, β and PWVβ Were all decreased ( P 〈 0.05 ). The expression intensity in experimental group was increased, and the gray value was decreased, they were measured and analyzed by high and low - power microscope, there was significant difference among each group ( P 〈 0.05 ). While there was negative correlation between the value of VEGF expression and β in each group at the end of 12th, 16th week. Conclusion ET technology is an effective method in evaluating early anti -AS, and Guan Xin Qi Wei tablets can inhibit VEGF expression to delay atherosclernsis progress.
