摘要 二维斑点追踪成像技术是一种评价心肌运动的新技术,它能够提供纵向应变、径向应变、圆周应变及旋转角度等多方面的心肌运动信息,在识别缺血心肌、定量分析心脏功能等方面有很大的临床应用潜力。 Two - dimensional speckle tracking imaging is a new method in evaluating myocardial motion, it can provide longitudinal strain, radial strain, circumferential strain ,rotation angle and so on, and it has great application potential in diagnosing myocardial ischemia and quantitatively assessing the myocardial function in clinic.
