手指静止和移动两点鉴别觉的正常值及不同人群间的差异

STATIC AND MOVING TWO POINT DISCRIMINATIONS OF THE DIGITS: THEIR NORMAL VALUES AND DIFFERENCES AMONG OCCUPATIONS

作者采刚特制钝头圆规和游标卡尺,对按工种分组的不同正常人群共150人进行两点鉴别觉测定。工种为精细工种、一般工种和粗工种,各组50人,年龄20～35岁之间。采用标准方法测定右手食指、中指末节指腹静止和移动两点鉴别觉(S2PD和M2PD)。结果表明:精细工种者的S2PD为2.05±0.01mm,一般工种者为2.68±0.75mm,粗工种者为3.42±0.90mm;精细工种者的M2PD为1.40±0.54mm,一般工种者为1.86±0.68mm,粗工种者为2.34±0.94mm。统计学分析表明:精细工种者S2PDT和M2PD显著小于一般工种者(P<0.01);一般工种者又显著小于粗工种者(P<0.01)。本研究提示正常成人指尖腹侧两点鉴别觉正常范围较目前的正常值范围为小,且在不同职业各类人群内存在显著差异。

Static and moving two point discriminations (2PD) were measured in the digits of 150 normal adults. 150 adults were randomly selected by three categories of occupations with 50persons per group:. fine work group, normal work group and heavy work group. Static and moving 2PD were measured in the right index and middle fingers of each person and the results were compared by ANOVA.The results showed that either static 2PD or moving 2PD in the fine work group was significantly smaller than those in the normal work group (P<0.001) :Static 2PD and moving 2PD in the heavy work group were significantly greater than those in the normal group.The normal values of the 2PD in the fine and normal work groups were smaller than the normal values for clinical criteria.This study indicates that the normal values of the 2PD are smaller than what we know and they differ significantly among adults of different occupations.
