大鼠急性脊髓损伤热休克蛋白47的表达变化

摘要 目的研究老年大鼠急性脊髓损伤(SCI)中热休克蛋白47(HSP47)的表达情况。方法用54只Wistar大鼠制作钳夹型SCI模型,在SCI后3 d及每周评价BBB评分,并在1、3、5 w用免疫组化方法分析脊髓中HSP47的表达情况。结果正常Wistar大鼠脊髓组织低表达HSP47,在SCI后表达明显提高,且在第5周仍有上升趋势(P<0.01)。脊髓损伤后灰质、白质分界不清,细胞凋亡明显,HSP47主要在血管及靠近软脊膜处白质中表达。结论老年Wistar大鼠SCI后HSP47表达增加,HSP47可能参与到SCI的病理改变过程中。
