多波长UVR-B相干作用对视网膜光感受器损伤特点及损伤后的恢复 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究不同波段UVR-B相干作用对视杆细胞损伤的特点。方法6 w龄albino Sprague-Dawley大鼠随机分成4组,每组20只。UVR-B辐射光来自于与单色器相连的高压银汞灯,最大的输出能量在300 nm(UVR-B-300 nm)和310 nm(UVR-B-310 nm)。每只动物暴露1只眼,2组只暴露于UVR-B-300 nm,剂量:8 kJ/m2,时间为70 min;另2组先暴露于UVR-B-300 nm,剂量4 kJ/m2,时间35 min;然后同一只眼再暴露于UVR-B-310 nm,剂量42 kJ/m2,时间35 min。于暴露后第3、8天,处死动物。分别行光镜和电镜检查。结果与其他2组比较,UVR-B-300 nm+310 nm暴露后第8天部分视杆细胞丧失,但同时视杆细胞外节盘膜(ROS)却逐渐恢复(P<0.05)。UVR-B-300 nm+310 nm组暴露后第8天与第3天比较,ROS水肿明显减轻,ROS变短;内节盘膜长短和排列恢复;视网膜外核层染色质密度多数恢复,少数发生核固缩;RPE内空泡状吞噬小体已不见。结论不同波段UVR-B相干作用后,视网膜视杆细胞可能存在恢复机制,但这种损伤修复过程相当缓慢。其机制可能是细胞适应性反应,也可能是慢性细胞损伤。
