老年人健康管理引入社会医疗保险支付体系初探

Preliminary studies on introducing the elderly health management into the payment system of social medical insurance

目的通过健康管理需求调查及其效果评价对老年人健康管理纳入社会医疗保险支付体系进行探讨。方法对南京某社区600名老年人进行健康管理,调查其健康管理需求、健康"知信行"、医疗费用支出等情况,并进行健康管理前后的评估。结果老年人健康管理需求较高,希望医保支付健康管理费用,健康管理在提高老年人健康水平以及控制医疗费用上效果显著。结论老年人健康管理纳入医保支付体系对提高老年人健康水平,促进医保稳定发展有极其重要的意义。

Objective To study the introduction of elderly health management into the payment system of social medical insurance by investigating the demand and impact assessment of health management.Methods 600 elders were surveyed on health management′s requirement health KAP and medical cost in Nanjing.And the pre and post impact evaluation of health management were analyzed.Results There was a high requirement for elders to obtain health management and most of them wanted to pay for the health management by social medical insurance.And the effect of improving the elders′ health and saving their medical cost were significant.Conclusions There is extreme important meaning to improve the elders′ health and promote the development of medical insurance through introducing elderly health management into the payment system of social medical insurance.
