腹部手术后切口感染的治疗体会

Experience of Treating Incision Infection of Post-Abdominal Surgery

目的:观察腹部手术后切口感染用湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)治疗的疗效。方法:对2004年2月～2008年7月的86例各种腹部手术后切口感染创面采用全程应用湿润烧伤膏换药治疗,观察创面愈合情况。结果:应用MEBO换药后切口感染创面全部愈合,最短5天,最长3周。结论:湿润烧伤膏用于感染创面换药具有方法简便,疗效可靠,临床应用推广价值大等优点。

Objective： To observe the efficacy of MEBO as a wound dressing to treat infected incision of post - abdominal surgery. Method： 86 cases of various infected abdominal incision wound of post - surgery were enrolled from Feb. 2004 to Jul. 2008. All of infected wounds were treated with MEBO dressing during the whole course of treatment, and wound healing was observed and recorded. Results： All cases after MEBO dressing treatment were healed with healing time from 5 days to 3 weeks. Conclusion： It is a simple way to treat infected incision with MEBO as a dressing with reliable efficacy and it is valuable to popularize.
