摘要
目的:观察美宝湿润烧伤膏治疗糖尿病下肢溃疡的临床疗效。方法:35例糖尿病下肢溃疡患者,局部清创后,涂MEBO,根据不同情况选择暴露、半暴露或包扎疗法,局部每日换药2次～4次,全身抗感染治疗,积极控制血糖。结果:29例痊愈,3例行皮瓣转移手术,3例行手术截趾治疗痊愈出院,治愈率为82.9%,有效率达100%。结论:MEBO治疗糖尿病下肢溃疡坏疽,疗效显著,安全易行。
Objective： To observe the efficacy of MEBO in treating diabetic lower extremity ulcers. Method： 35 cases of patients with diabetic lower extremity ulcers were applied with MEBO, 2 - 4 times per day, after local debridement. The dressing exposed or semi - exposed, or bandaged were all dependent on the individual cases according to the case condition. In addition, anti - infection of whole body and blood surgar control should be conducted. Results： Of all cases, 29 healed, 3 received flap transfer surgery, 3 discharged after cutting - off toe. The effective rate was 100% and cure rate was 82. 9%. Conclusion： It has obviously effect to treat diabetic lower extremity ulcers with MEBO with the advantages of safety and easy operation.
