动态血糖监测系统对老年无症状性低血糖的诊断价值

Diagnostic value of continuous glucose monitoring system in detecting senile silent hypoglycemia

目的动态血糖监测系统(CGMS)对老年无症状性低血糖的诊断价值。方法对确诊的42例老年糖尿病患者,相对血糖控制良好,在同时间内接受动态血糖监测系统及普通快速血糖检查,将两种检查结果进行对比分析。结果动态血糖监测系统合普通快速血糖对低血糖的检出率分别是78.5%和7.2%,二者之间差异具有显著性。结论动态血糖监测系统能降低老年无症状低血糖的风险。

Objoctive To evaluate the continuous glucose monitoring system （CGMS） test in diagnosing senile silent hypoglycemia. Methods 42 senior patients whose diabetes has been confirmed and whose Mood glucose has been well controlled were chosen for both. CGMS test and routine rapid glucose test. All tests were conducted simultaneously and the results were submitted to comparative analysis. Results the detectiori rate of CGMS test and routine rapid glucose test were 78.5% and 7.2% respectively. The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Continuous glucose monitoring system can reduce the risk of hypoglycemia in elderly patients with asymptomatic.
