目的进一步探讨先天性腓骨缺如的病理生理改变及畸形的发生机制,指导临床矫形中的手术设计。方法手术矫治4例先天性腓骨缺如合并短肢及马蹄外翻足畸形患儿,总结遇到的一系列问题及处理中的经验教训。结果早期腓骨床纤维带切除及挛缩的软组织松解效果明确。结论腓骨床纤维带及挛缩的软组织是致畸的主要原因。

Objective Further discussing the Congenital Absence Of Fibula pathophysiologic change and malformation occurrence mechanism, instructing the clinical orthopedic surgery design. Methods Four case of surgical correction the Congenital Absence of Fibula merger of short limb and patients of valgus deformity, Summing up a series of problems and lessens during the treatment of these cases. Results The early excision of the banded fibrocartilage of fibular bed and releasing soft tissues contracture is the most effective. Conclusion The banded fibrocartilage of fibular bed and soft tissues contracture are the main reasons causing malformation.
