摘要
目的:探讨健膝汤治疗膝骨性关节炎的作用机理。方法:将40只新西兰兔随机分为A正常组、B模型组、C对照组、D治疗组,B、C、D三组按照Hulth造模方法造成膝骨性关节炎模型。治疗组给予健膝汤,对照组给予维骨力。给药8周后测定兔血清和关节液中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、一氧化氮(NO)的含量。结果:各组血清中SOD和NO含量变化比较,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05);而治疗组关节液中SOD升高及NO含量降低的程度与模型组、对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05、P<0.01),与正常组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:健膝汤可以提高膝骨性关节炎模型兔的关节液SOD含量,降低NO含量,从而达到保护关节软骨,防止被进一步破坏的作用,对防治膝骨性关节炎具有一定意义。
Objective:To study the mechanism of Jianxi Decoction(JD)in treating knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods:Forty New Zealand rabbits were randomized into group A,group B,group C,and group D.The KOA models were established according to Hulth method in group A,group B,and group C.The rabbits in the treatment group were treated with JD,while the control group was treated with Viartil-S.The levels of SOD and NO in the serum and joint fluid were measured 8 weeks after the administration.Results:There were no significant differences of serum SOD and NO between the four groups.Compared to the model group and control group,the SOD was significantly increased and NO was obviously decreased in joint fluid in treatment group(P0.05 and P0.01),while was close to the normal group(P0.05).Conclusion:JD can protect the joint cartilage from injury by increasing the level of SOD and decreasing the level of NO in the joint fluid.
