摘要
目的:探讨激光针刀治疗改善网球肘患者疼痛症状的效果。方法:随机将78例患者分为治疗组40例和对照组38例。对照组采用小针刀;治疗组予以激光针刀治疗。治疗2次后,采用目测类比评估法,评定以0分表示无痛,10分表示患者感受最痛、无法忍受。结果:78例网球肘患者均进入结果分析。在镇痛方面,两组在治疗1次和2次后,疼痛较治疗前均有较为明显缓解(P<0.01),且治疗组较对照组评分明显降低(P<0.01)。结论:激光针刀治疗网球肘能明显提高临床疗效,并对患者的疼痛症状有明显的改善作用,较常规小针刀治疗更有效。
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic efficiency of laser acupotomology(LA)on the pain in patients with tennis elbow.Methods:Seventy eight patients with tennis elbow were randomized into treatment group(40 cases)and control group(38 cases).The patients in control group were treated only with acupotomology while patients in the treatment group were treated with LA.The effect was observed after the treatment.Results:The pain was significantly relieved after treatment in the two groups.The score in treatment group was markedly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The LA can obviously improve the symptoms compared to regular acupotomology.
